Lockheed Martin Information Technology is the primary contractor that is building the ROSS Application.
Versata Corporation products, such as Versata Development Studio and Versata Logic Server (VLS), are used in the development and operation of ROSS.
IBM Computer equipment provides the computing and storage capacity necessary to operate the various ROSS Application Modules at the server level.
The Apache Web Server provides the necessary web services necessary to operate various components of ROSS.
ESRI ARC Products (ARCIMS and SDE) provide the mapping capability that serves ROSS users.
The ROSS database is hosted using ORACLE Products such as: ORACLE 8i, ORACLE Spatial, and ORACLE Parallel.
