The ROSS project has numerous industry partnerships. In it's approach to doing business, ROSS has established partnerships with advanced technology companies and organizations throughout the United States. These contract partners and software products bring additional skills to the project without increasing government staff.

 Lockheed Martin Information Technology is the primary contractor that is building the ROSS Application.
